Description: This conversation will include (i) a discussion of how advances in generative AI are already impacting cybersecurity and privacy considerations; (ii) what panelists view as the most significant cyber threats to the receivership community and to the insurance industry more generally, with recent real- world examples or personal experiences; (iii) the special ethical obligations that generative AI raises for attorneys; and (iv) an outlook on the future of data protection and incident reporting, driven by growing concerns over data breaches and privacy violations across industries: proactive measures, stricter regulations, increased consumer awareness of data rights, advanced technology for data privacy, and more robust incident reporting frameworks.
